What's up everyone, my site is finally up and running.  Be sure to take a look around because everything is totally different from my old site.  I have so much here for you to check you that will not only help you to achieve your fitness and athletic goals, but learn more about the guy who grew up in Wrens (WTF is Wrens).  See how I like to have fun while still getting my work in.  I also give you insight on cool, Off The Wall stuff.  I show love to the high school and college players coming up trying to make it to that next level as well with their highlight videos.  I will be adding new videos often on training techniques, workouts, answering your questions in the Ask Sean section, and my reality show called THE SHOW.

Check out video footage from the NFL (that's still going on), Vandy Highlights, on back to  my days at Jefferson County High.  You can even check out photos from my photo gallery and see current photos and even photos from my Little League Football days.

Who the heck is this young fella???

Don't forget to register and login to post in the forums and learn from each other ways to reaching your goals.  And I have more member related information that I will be providing for my members.

I want to thank you all for supporting me through the years and hope that you will continue to support me as I continue my professional football career.  That's why I want to do things that will give back and I know this site will do just that.
